RETURN & REFUND POLICIES


What is our return or refund policy?

  • If any of the product that our customers received is different from the picture that we provide (fatally). 
  • If we send the wrong item from your order 
  • If what your order is out of stock and you are not willing to change to any product.

What happen if products seized / stuck in the customs?

  • All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. customer should know their country rules and regulations. Customs and duty fees are not included in your order and/or shipping total. VLIXCO is not responsible for fees by the custom in any reason! All fees must be paid by the customer and we will not be re-ship the product! 
  • VLIXCO shall not be responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages or for any delay caused by the act or default of the shipping carrier. but, we will try our best to help you.. Once tracking is received, it is between the shipping company (DHL EMS, etc) and the customer to ensure the goods arrive safely.

How to return the goods?

  • Items for refund or exchange must be sent back to vlixco no later than 7 days (including weekdays, weekends and national holidays) after the date of delivery at the customer's shipping address. 
  • Return the goods only with EMS. for the return address pls contact us via email. admin@vlixco.net
  • Items must be sent in their original condition include with tag, dustbag, and boxes that came with it.
  • Any product that has been worn or damage cannot be return.

When will i get my refund?

  • we will refund you within 2x24 hour after we receive the product and has been confirm there is no damage or worn and all the original packaging is in there.
